Group 3
Age Range: 6-11
Practice Time: 1 1/2 Hours + 45 minutes of drylands two days a week
Attendance Requirements: 3 days per week, 4 days a week encouraged
Meet Requirements: Must attend all team meets, and state meet if time is achieved. Must attend 8 & Unders meet if applicable.
Ability Level Requirements:
- Proper use of a pace clock
- Competent at all four stroke turns
- Must be able to complete a 100 yd of each stroke continuously
Group Goals:
- Learn to train distance type sets
- Race preparation for individual races
- Sprint and Distance Training
- Refine Technique
- Goal setting for the swim season
Training Goals:
- Compete in all 4 strokes in 50
- Compete in 200 freestyle and 200 IM
- Participate in 100 yard distances
- Qualify for State

Monday/Wednesday/Friday
5:00pm – 6:15pm (Swim)
Tuesday/Thursday
4:15 – 5:00 pm (Strength)
5:00pm – 6:15pm (Swim)
