Just a reminder to check the timing assignments to see if you are signed up to time. If you cannot time let me know asap so that I can find a replacement timer for your time slot. I have emailed the timing list to the team and I will post a copy on the board outside of my office as well. If you are not receiving my emails please let me know!!

8 & Unders will be July 23rd and 24th at Crawfish Aquatics in Baton Rouge. Warm ups are 9:00 am and the meet begins at 10:15am each day. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to be prepared on time. The seating fills up quickly so you may want to arrive even earlier to ensure a spot with the team.

We will have a party for the 8 & Under swimmers ONLY on Thursday, July 21st from 5:00 – 6:30 pm in the outdoor 8 lane pool. We will have organized relay games for the kids as well as the opportunity to make team spirit posters to display during the meet this weekend. In addition, we will have pizza, drinks, and other treats for the swimmers. Please remember this party is restricted to those swimmers that are 8 years and younger. I know there are some swimmers who are 9 or older and are siblings of a younger swimmer, however, it is unfair to allow some older children to attend and not others. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The last day of practice for all swimmers 8 & younger will be Wednesday, July 20th. We will have the party on Thursday and there will be no practice for any group on Friday in order to allow the children time to rest for the meet.
